Mr. Shailender Kumar Arya is a managing partner with the firm. He is also an advocate of the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and District Courts following his admission to the Delhi State Bar Association in the year _____. He has been practicing the laws for more than 20 years which includes court practice for the past 15 years. He is the partner having overall responsibility of legal strategy, conveyance and litigation matters. He is also a member of Delhi State Bar Association. He is B.COM and BA LLB. He heads the division of legal knowledge process outsourcing (LKPO). He has experience in conveyancing matters, commercial matters, civil and criminal litigation. He has very expert knowledge in corporate law, Civil law, Criminal law, Probate Succession law and trusts, Judicial reviews Constitutional laws, SARFAESI and Banking law, labour law and employment law, Succession law and Contracts law.
